How to Order

We have made every effort to ensure that ordering from us is as simple, secure and safe as possible. We use PayPal as a method of online payment, but if you would rather not buy online, we are happy to receive a cheque in the post. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your print which is why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

Credit/Debit Card

The quickest way to get delivery of your items is to use a Credit or Debit card for payment.

Simply click on the ‘Buy Now’ button next to the print of your choice – this will take you to the PayPal website where you can pay online safely and securely, only your address is passed on to us.


If you would prefer to pay by cheque, you can either contact us by email or you can print out our blank order form and send it to us complete with your requirements and a cheque for the total sum made payable to Pamela Kay Prints

Please note that all cheques must be drawn from a UK bank account and made out in Pounds Sterling.

With all orders we wait for funds to be cleared before dispatching work.

Worldwide Shipping

We welcome purchases from overseas. Using our PayPal facility is the quickest and easiest way to order. Payments are made in Pounds Sterling and are converted through Paypal to your own currency which will appear on your credit/debit card statement. The cost of worldwide shipping is included in the price.

All prints are supplied rolled and are carefully packaged in a strong cardboard long box.

Delivery times for PayPal transactions

United Kingdom – 5 to 7 working days from receipt of order.
Europe – 7 to 10 working days from receipt of order.
Rest of the world – 7 to 10 working days from receipt of order.

Delivery times for cheque transactions –

United Kingdom – 5 to 7 working days after the cheque has cleared.
Europe – 7 to 10 working days after the cheque has cleared.
Rest of the World – 7 to 10 days after the cheque has cleared.

If you have not received your print within 10 working days, please email us and let us know.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your print, simply return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging. Please send the print back using Parcelforce to: Pamela Kay Prints, c/o Lovelys Gallery, 248 Northdown Road, Cliftonville, Margate, Kent, CT9 2PX. We will send you a full refund on receipt of goods. (Please note that you are liable for the cost of returning the print). All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Your right to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Security and Privacy

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information (they use an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest level commercially available).

Any credit card information you give to us is handled on our behalf by PayPal, using their secure servers. We do not have access to your credit card details, the whole transaction is handled by PayPal and only your address is passed on to us by them.

Pamela Kay Prints do not disclose buyers’ information to any third party.
